Process

How It Works

A licensed wholesale cannabis transaction has four working steps and a parallel compliance track. We handle both.

01

Browse

View current allocation on our listings page. Each SKU includes strain notes, format, pack size, THC range, and producer-confirmed availability. Lab COAs and packaging shots are available on request once you are a verified account.

02

Inquire

Submit a contact request with your licence details, account name, and product interest. New accounts receive a one-time verification (typically 24 to 72 hours) where we confirm your provincial licensing and federal authorization. Existing accounts move straight to quote.

03

Confirm & Coordinate

Sales agreement is issued with locked pricing, allocation, and expected delivery window. Payment is settled per terms — EFT or wire with escrow on first transactions, Net 14 or Net 30 on established accounts. Compliance package is prepared: producer licence verification, manifest, COAs, excise documentation.

04

Delivery

Bonded carrier dispatch with chain-of-custody tracking. Excise stamps verified at pickup. ETA updates en route. Signed proof of delivery to your licensed receiving address. Compliance documentation packaged and delivered to your records team. Statutory retention handled on our side.

In Parallel

Compliance & Paperwork Track

Behind every transaction, four documents move with the product. We assemble them, verify them, and retain them.

Producer licence verification

Health Canada licence confirmed current and in good standing for the activity in question, before any commercial discussion.

Manifest

Seller, buyer, product, quantity, lot/batch, and carrier particulars — reconciled against the physical shipment at pickup and delivery.

Excise stamps

Verified colour, pattern, and application on every consumer-ready unit, matched to the destination province.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Accredited-lab COA covering cannabinoids and the contaminant panel, with lot/batch matched to the units shipped.

Frequently Asked

Questions licensed buyers ask

Who can buy from THC LAB? +
Licensed cannabis retailers, distributors, and federally authorized purchasers operating in Canada. We verify every account against the appropriate provincial regulator (AGCO, BC CSB, SQDC, etc.) and Health Canada before any commercial discussion.
Are you a licensed producer? +
No. THC LAB is a brokerage. We connect Health Canada licensed producers with licensed downstream buyers. We do not cultivate, manufacture, or take ownership of inventory outside of properly documented brokered transfers.
Do you sell to consumers? +
No. We are strictly business-to-business. We do not sell to individuals. All transactions are between licensed parties under federal and provincial frameworks.
What provinces do you operate in? +
We coordinate transactions Canada-wide. Most volume moves through Ontario (AGCO), BC, and Quebec, with growing activity in Alberta and Atlantic Canada.
How fast can I receive inventory? +
For listed product with stock allocation, typical lead time is 3–7 business days from confirmed order to delivery. New buyer onboarding adds a one-time verification step (typically 24–72 hours).
What payment terms are available? +
First transactions are usually EFT or wire prepayment with escrow protection. Established accounts qualify for Net 14 or Net 30 terms following a credit review.
Do you handle excise and recordkeeping? +
Yes. Every transaction we broker arrives with verified excise stamps, a complete manifest, producer licence proof, and current COAs. We retain records for the full statutory period.
What if I need a strain that is not on your listings? +
Tell us. Our active producer network is larger than the public menu. Many allocations move privately to existing accounts. If we can source it compliantly, we will quote it.
