Health Canada Licensed Producer Network

Every product listed on THC LAB is sourced from a Health Canada licensed producer in good standing. Before we add any producer to our active roster, we verify their licence status, their class of authorization, their recall history, and their packaging compliance against current provincial standards. Producers who lose licensing or fall out of compliance are removed from our menu immediately.

CRA Excise Stamp Verification

Excise stamps are the single most-checked compliance artifact on a wholesale cannabis shipment, and the single most common source of regulatory action when something is wrong. We verify excise stamps at three points: when product is selected for a buyer, again at pickup from the producer, and a third time at delivery to your licensed receiving location. Wrong colour, wrong province, wrong product class, missing, or damaged stamps mean the affected lot does not ship.

Provincial Framework Alignment

We coordinate transactions across Canada and respect each provincial framework precisely:

• Ontario (AGCO): All transactions move through or with the explicit approval of the OCS framework. AGCO licensing on the buyer is verified before pricing.
• British Columbia (CSB): CSB-aligned distribution, direct delivery where permitted, full CSB documentation retained.
• Quebec (SQDC): SQDC-specific framework respected, including the additional documentation requirements unique to Quebec.
• Alberta (AGLC), Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Atlantic Canada: Each provincial framework verified per transaction.

Documentation Package

Every brokered transaction arrives with a complete document package. The buyer receives:

• Producer Health Canada licence verification
• Manifest matching the physical shipment item-for-item
• Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an accredited lab
• Excise stamp verification record
• Signed proof of delivery
• Sales agreement and payment confirmation

THC LAB retains the master file for the full statutory retention period (six years minimum, longer where the framework requires). Buyers receive their own copy at the time of transaction.

Age Verification & Site Posture

This website is intended only for individuals 19 years of age or older, accessing in a Canadian licensed business capacity. We do not market to consumers. We do not sell to consumers. The first-visit age gate on this site is one part of that compliance posture; the absence of consumer-facing pricing, checkout, or product detail beyond what a licensed buyer needs is another.

What We Will Not Do

We do not broker transactions with unlicensed buyers. We do not handle off-market product. We do not ship to provinces or jurisdictions outside our framework alignment. We do not retain accounts that pressure us to bend any of the above. The brokered cannabis market in Canada works because the compliance bar is real, and we run our business on the assumption that the bar is going to stay real.
